Speakers & Lectures

One of the most popular educational programs offered by Organizational Dynamics is our Dinner and Lunch lecture series.

Speakers who are leaders in their fields are invited to discuss topics pertaining to their practice or scholarship and to connect their work with the Organizational Dynamics concentration areas - i.e., coaching and consulting, leadership, global, development and change management, project, program and portfolio management, and sustainable development, as well as other topics.

These lectures offer unique opportunities to keep abreast of the latest developments in many areas of interest as well as to socialize and network with faculty, other students, alumni, and Organizational Dynamics Exchange Network members.

To make the event particularly enjoyable, we combine most speakers with a meal. Dinner Lectures are held from 5:15 p.m. until about 6:15 p.m. Lunch Lectures are held Saturdays from 12 noon untill 1:00 p.m. We also offer Brunch Lectures as part of the Organizational Dynamics new semester community gathering in January and September. Unless otherwise advised lectures are held in the Hourglass Room, University Club.

There is no charge or need to register if you are a current DYNM student taking a course on day of the lecture or if you are a faculty member. Students and faculty not taking a course on the lecture day and members of the Organizational Dynamics Exchange Network (ODEN) must send an email to dynamics@sas.upenn.edu to register so that we can provide sufficient seating and food. Members of ODEN and other community members may be charged a fee in advance to attend.
