Scholarship and research within the Organizational Dynamics community focuses on organizational topics that have impact in the arts/humanities, social and physical sciences, and some professional disciplines including healthcare, education, law, and fine arts. Organizational Dynamics Affiliated Students, Faculty, and Visiting Scholars conduct research, teach, study, consult, and serve on panels with members of the academic or business community.

GSJOD Volume 1, Number 1
The mission of Graduate Studies Journal of Organizational Dynamics (GSJOD)is to publish scholarly papers written by students in the Organizational Dynamics graduate studies program. Preference is given to scholarship and research that critically evaluates, tests, extends, builds, or comments on organization theory and/or contributes to organization practice. Papers are encouraged across a broad range of approaches including qualitative, quantitative, field, laboratory, meta-analytic, descriptive, normative, case, theoretic, multi- and trans-disciplinary, and/or those that use combination methods of inquiry or commentary.» more
Students and faculty write scholarly materials based on courses and projects completed within the Organizational Dynamics program. Some of these are turned into papers presented at conferences or submitted as "white papers" for professional groups. Others are published in academic or professional journals, or are books distributed by publishing houses.» more
