Organizational Dynamics students benefit from the diversity of experiences and knowledge of our mid-career professional students. The makeup of each class is often a blend of U.S. and international students from a wide variety of professional domains such as finance, education, defense, healthcare, and IT.

In addition to our student body, Organizational Dynamics has educational partnerships with the Penn School of Nursing and the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education-Economic Institute (CERCE-EI) in Prague, Czech Republic, further adding to the diversity of knowledge available to the students in our program.
