Membership

Membership in the Organizational Dynamics Exchange Network at Penn is available regardless of university or corporate affiliation and without charge. Fees may be charged for certain activities offered to members.

Member privileges include the following:

• ODEN at PENN Directory listing members, their affiliations, and contact information in a searchable data base useful for networking.
• Career Development Opportunities including opportunities to post a resume or review available positions provided to ODEN members.
• Advisory Committee and Special Interest Group Opportunities important for continuing research, scholarship, and education in Organizational Dynamics.
• Participation in the Dynamics Learning Exchange a non-degree community where ODEN members can register for courses offered within the Organizational Dynamics degree programs without being admitted as a Master’s Degree candidate.
• Travel Education Opportunities involving lectures, workshops, and networking with leading academics or professionals in the U.S. and abroad and earning non-degree Educational Certificates from the University of Pennsylvania.
• Workshops and Seminars sponsored or conducted by ODEN and its faculty and earning non-degree Educational Certificates from the University of Pennsylvania.

• Membership Certificate for display and professional reference.
