Scholarship and Research

Scholarship and research within the The Organizational Dynamics Exchange Network (ODEN) at Penn focuses on organizational topics that have impact in the arts/humanities, social and physical sciences, and some professional disciplines including healthcare, education, law, and fine arts. Organizational Dynamics Affiliated Faculty Visiting Scholars conduct research, teach, study, consult, and serve on panels with members of the academic or business community.

ODEN at Penn supports its faculty and scholars by convening conferences, publishing working papers, and promoting their scholarship. Areas of current interest include the special healthcare issue:



Also highly valued is the scholarship of Organizational Dynamics degree candidates, all of whom must write a final Capstone paper, an electronic copy of which is published online in the Penn Digital Library, Scholarly Commons.
