The School of Nursing MSN in Nursing and Healthcare Administration program and
MSN in Health Leadership program and the School of Arts

Organizational Dynamics program offer a 6.5 CU minor in Organizational Dynamics
of Healthcare Systems (ODHS).
Completion of academic requirements with a minimum GPA of 3.0 across the 6 courses
will earn a Graduate Certificate in ODHS from the School of Arts and Sciences.
Students take 2 requisite courses in the School of Nursing and 4 additional
courses in Organizational Dynamics depending upon their focused area of interest.
