Biography

Dr. Ruth Orenstein is a consultant, teacher, researcher, and writer. Her area of primary interest and expertise is organizational behavior and psychology with emphasis on individual and group executive development. She currently serves as President of Princeton Consulting Resources, Inc. and is affiliated faculty at the Wharton School's Aresty Institute of Executive Education. She has held senior management positions in several Fortune 100 corporations and was most recently a senior vice president at the Chemical Banking Corporation, responsible for the profitability of the retail branch system in the state of New Jersey. She has taught management courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels at Rutgers University, the New School for Social Research, and Adelphi University. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, she earned her Psy.D. in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.
