Biography

William Wilkinsky is a member of the Organizational Dynamics faculty and Director of the Organizational Coaching Studies Concentration. In 2008, he was formally honored by receiving a Penn Executive Greek Council Faculty Recognition Award "for dedication and excellence in instructing and inspiring students," based on nominations by students in his DYNM 201 undergraduate course. This course is expected to be part of the College's new B-FLAT Minor.

Prior to joining Penn, he was adjunct professor in the Department of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University and founder and President of The Athyn Group, a private consulting company. His interests include organizational assessment, the design of interventions to assist organizations in changing their culture, and organizational and executive coaching. He received his Ph.D. in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University.
