Biography
Robert Croner, MS, is Affiliated Faculty, Organizational Dynamics, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Prior to this position he was Principal, HResults Inc. (Philadelphia), Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Radian Group, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia). In his current role with CHOP, he directs all human resources activities on an enterprise-wide basis, including strategic human resource planning; organizational consulting and talent management initiatives; compensation and benefits; employee selection and staffing; and organizational development and executive development activities. Rob received the "HR Person of the Year" Award from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2001. He earned his MS in Human Resource Management and was a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Widener University.
