Meeting Notes

This is a practicum for coaching students who have completed DYNM 637: Coaching and Facilitating Teams. Students are also urged to have completed DYNM 641: Art and Science of Organizational Coaching before requesting entry into this course.

Students will participate as supervised team coaches for students in our first undergraduate course, DYNM 201: Team Dynamics in Organizational Settings, which runs concurrently with DYNM 645 – on Tuesday from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm. In addition to attending all 12 meetings of DYNM 201, students in DYNM 645 may be required to meet occasionally prior to the class for preparation, after the class for debriefing, and at other to-be-defined times to discuss the developmental progress and issues of their assigned teams and the members of those teams. For more information contact Dr. Wilikinsky.

NOTE: Since there is a Penn requirement that a professor cannot be assigned to two courses at the same time, DYNM 645 is listed as running between 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm and DYNM 201 is listed as running between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm. The actual times Organizational Dynamics students will be involved in this practicum is when DYNM 201is held, except for extra meetings as noted above.
