Organizational Dynamics offers a unique approach to consulting and coaching education that integrates Penn's academic excellence, real-world experience and a cohort approach to learning. Through rigorous study of theory, personalized faculty coaching and fieldwork, participants will develop superior organizational consulting and executive coaching competencies.

Raising the bar on coaching and consulting excellence

Organizations are increasingly confronted by the challenges posed by a highly complex and changing environment. As the art and science of consulting and coaching has progressed, savvy leaders are seeking internal and external professionals who are most qualified to help them successfully lead their people and their for-profit or non-profit organizations into the future.

For over 30 years, the Organizational Dynamics program at the University of Pennsylvania has helped professionals develop the knowledge and abilities required to successfully navigate this increasingly complex world. Now in response to demand for leaders, consultants and coaches, Penn introduces the Organizational Consulting & Executive Coaching graduate certificate in conjunction with the Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics (MSOD) degree.
