DYNM 783: European Approaches to Large Project Management and Strategic and Creative Leadership

Course will meet on campus on Monday evenings, to be announced, before and after travel to Paris, France which is scheduled as follows: arrive in Paris Saturday, May 31; depart from Paris Saturday, June 7 for Prague, or Sunday, June 8 for Philadelphia.

DYNM 766: Transformed Central Europe: Lessons, Challenges, Expectations

The course will meet on campus on Monday evenings, April 21 and May 6 before travel to Prague which is scheduled as: arrival in Prague, Saturday, June 7; departure from Prague, Sunday, June 15. Meeting(s) whose dates and times are to be announced will also take place after return from Prague.

DYNM 620: The Coach Applying Tools and Skills in the Field

NOTE: DYNM 620 is offered in the summer semester. Admission is restricted (but restriction may be waived by the course Professor) to students who have completed DYNM 610. In this class, each student will work with an individual client under close supervision of the Professor, using clearly defined practices, tools, and skill sets. Each step of the coaching sequence is analyzed in real time and problems are explored in a clinic/practicum format. Students will learn methods of obtaining the client, establishing a contractual relationship, assessing the interest and needs of the client, providing feedback, and moving the client toward positive outcomes. All students will write a professional summary of the coaching process as part of the experience.
