Quick Facts and Dates
The MS in Organizational Dynamics - is a part- or full-time degree program requiring completion of 12 courses. Students design their own curriculum around core categories and concentration themes. One required course is the capstone/thesis/project.
The MPhil in Organizational Dynamics – is a part- or full-time advanced degree program requiring completion of 6 or 8 courses. Graduates of a program considered equivalent to the MSOD from the University of Pennsylvania can earn the MPhil after completing 6 courses. All others must complete 8 courses. In addition to coursework, a capstone/thesis/project is required to meet MPhil requirements.
The MS and the MPhil programs attract students from the U.S. Canada, and around the world.
Program Schedule
Organizational Dynamics is on a "rolling" admissions basis, meaning that applications are received and acted upon throughout the year. New students may begin coursework in the Fall (September) term, the Spring (January) term, or the Summer (May) term. If you miss a deadline date, your application will automatically be considered for the next available semester. An applicant admitted for a specific semester may defer the start date up to one year.

As courses are often coded into more than one concentration, it is common to earn multiple certificates.
