A graduate degree from an Ivy League university opens doors. But for the mid-career professional who previously earned an MBA or another professional or graduate degree, or for the leader whose career path does not require the foundation curriculum required in a standard business degree, the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences offers the distinctive Organizational Dynamics program. More than 400 current students and nearly 2000 alumni have earned the Master of Science and Master of Philosophy degrees from Organizational Dynamics.

Now in our 32nd year, Organizational Dynamics at Penn immerses the working professional in applied trans-disciplinary scholarship taught by 50 esteemed faculty members from 6 Penn Schools representing 16 disciplinary perspectives. Engaging in our academic community allows self-development which produces a leader with integrated thinking who can meet immediate and emerging organizational demands including how to lead – from the middle and the top - the modern enterprise through uncertain and chaotic environments.

Madelaine Sayko - MSOD candidate

I have 25 years of managing organizational change with an emphasis on healthcare and specifically in technology implementation. In this program I've broadened my understanding of human organizational behavior. It is not only the theoretical understanding, though, but practical knowledge too.
