About Us

The Organizational Dynamics Exchange Network (ODEN) at Penn is the leading academic provider of scholarship and research, continuing education, leadership development, and management of change associated with the art and science of the organization. ODEN at Penn is associated with the Organizational Dynamics Degree Program and is housed within the Graduate Division, School of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mission

The mission of ODEN at Penn is to extend the Penn Experience and provide continuing education and professional development through academic and intellectual exchanges, networking activities, and social events for the students, alumni, and corporate partners of the Organizational Dynamics Program.

In addition to overseeing membership drives and member databases, this group supports the mission of ODEN at Penn by suggesting, planning, and implementing innovative programming and outreach projects, including workshops, networking opportunities, corporate training programs, etc. Made up of ODEN at Penn members from each category (alumni, student, and associate) the Advisory Board welcomes suggestions from all ODEN at Penn members.
