Login Help

The University has implemented a central PennKey authentication process called Penn WebLogin. If you have both a PennKey and an account on this website, you can log in here. Or, if you're using a DYNMKey instead, you can log in here.

1. I have a PennKey...

• ...but I don't remember the password.

Refer to Setting, Resetting, or Changing Your PennKey Password.

• ...and I remember the password, but I still can't log in.

Make sure your PennKey works at Test My PennKey. If it does, then you might simply not have an account on this website. Contact us to request one.

2. I don't have a PennKey...

• ...and I'm not sure if I'm eligible.

Find out at An Introduction to PennKey.

• ...but I'm eligible.

Follow the instructions at Registering Your PennKey. Then contact us to request an account on this website.

• ...and I'm not eligible.

As an exception, you can request a DYNMKey, which will give you access to this website without using Penn WebLogin.

3. I have a DYNMKey, but I don't remember the password.

   Reset your DYNMKey password, which will require that we have your correct e-mail address on file.
