DYNAMICS LEARNING EXCHANGE
The purpose of the Dynamics Learning Exchange (DLE) is to make available the distinctive applied education of Organizational Dynamics to the broader community by admitting mid-career, working professionals as Non-Degree DLE participants.
We welcome motivated, adult, working professionals seeking fresh perspectives, innovative tools, and cutting edge understanding of how to better accomplish goals in our turbulent, diverse, information-rich societies.
DLE participants must apply and when admitted as Non-degree participants may register for DYNM courses with values up to 2 course units (CUs). As a DYNM course may be valued at ½, 1 or 2 CUs, a DLE participant has a range of options.
DLE participants attend courses with DYNM students, are obligated to complete the same requirements with the same academic standards, and will earn a grade that is posted on a University of Pennsylvania student record transcript.
