The Graduate Division of Penn’s School of Arts of Sciences consists of some 33 graduate programs, including eight that were ranked in the top ten in the most recent survey by the National Research Council. Disciplinary strength is at the heart of Penn's excellence in research and graduate training. Equally important, however, is the spirit of interdisciplinary collaboration that pervades all of our programs. Graduate programs at Penn emphasize the integration of knowledge across boundaries and disciplines. The Organizational Dynamics program therefore has a unique interdisciplinary “graduate advisory group,” which brings together innovative scholarship and expertise from all of Penn’s world-leading Schools and from practice professionals outside the University.
The Fels School of Government and Organizational Dynamics graduate studies are the only programs in the Graduate Division that have rolling admissions and which accept applications for all three semesters (Fall which begins in September; Spring which begins in January; and Summer which begins in May).
The information in the following sections of this website provides the details of how to apply for both the Master of Science and Master of Philosophy degree programs in Organizational Dynamics.
